the essence of the method, the line of the drug, the price

The natural process of skin aging is irreversible, but modern advances in injectable cosmetology can slow it down a bit. The skin ages mainly due to the loss of moisture, the aggressive effects of free radicals and the slowing down of metabolic processes in the dermis and epidermis.

Redermalization with Hyalual helps to solve these problems – an injection method for restoring the skin, which affects the pathogenetic mechanisms of skin aging and provides a pronounced anti-age effect.

The essence of the technique and the principle of action of the drug

Redermalization is an innovative method of prevention and correction of age-related skin changes, which helps to smooth out wrinkles, improve complexion and start an active process of skin restoration at the intracellular level. For the procedure, a new generation drug, Hyalual, is used, which is produced by the Ukrainian company Yuria-Pharm. It contains hyaluronic acid and sodium succinate (sodium salt of succinic acid) – components that can slow down the aging process by providing maximum hydration, nutrition and antioxidant protection of the skin.

Hyaluronic acid has a moisturizing effect, replenishes moisture deficiency in cells and tissues, activates fibroblasts, stimulates the synthesis of skin glycosaminoglycans (collagen and elastin fibers, natural hyaluronic acid).

Sodium succinate – activates the processes of cellular respiration and energy production in tissues, improves blood microcirculation, the immune system of the skin and the proliferation (growth) of epidermal cells, has an antioxidant effect.

The Hyalual series is represented by three products with different concentrations of the complex of active substances:

  • Hyalual 1.1%;
  • Hyalual 1.8%;
  • Hyalual 2.2%.

The Hyalual line is registered in Russia and meets all international quality standards.Hyalual line of products for redermalization

Indications for carrying out

Indications for redermalization procedure:

How is the procedure?

Redermalization requires prior consultation with a dermatologist, who determines the condition of the patient’s skin, the type of aging (fine wrinkled, combined, muscular or coarse wrinkled), the severity of the problem and the intended area of correction. This helps to choose the required concentration of the drug and determine the number of injections per course.

Preparations of the Hyalual line are used to correct the following zones:

  • on the face – forehead, wrinkles of the periorbital and perioral region, nasolabial folds, red border of the lips, decollete, neck;
  • on the body – elbows, knees, forearm area, abdomen, buttocks, inner thighs.

The procedure consists of the following steps:

  • Makeup removal.
  • Treatment of the skin with an antiseptic.
  • Anesthesia with Emla cream (injections are a little painful, but the cream minimizes the sensitivity of the skin).
  • The introduction of the drug – the choice of injection technique depends on the concentration of the gel and the correction zone: Hyalual 1.1% is administered only papularly, and Hyalulal with a concentration of 1.8% and 2.2% – papularly in the face and linearly in the body.
  • Applying regenerating cream.

The duration of the session with anesthesia is 90 minutes. Injections are carried out once every three weeks, the course is an average of 5-7 procedures (the exact number is determined by a dermatologist).

What results to expect?

When administered intradermally, a cocktail of sodium succinate and hyaluronic acid activates the work of fibroblasts, starts the process of formation of new epidermal cells and improves metabolic processes in cells. This leads to a pronounced lifting effect, increased turgor and elasticity of the skin, smoothing its relief, normalizing the color (by accelerating the renewal of epidermal cells), smoothing scars and wrinkles.

The effect is noticeable already after the second procedure, but after each session it increases. The result is maintained for a year, maintenance injections are done once every three months. After 12-14 months, the course is repeated.

Redermalization or biorevitalization?

These procedures are similar to each other, but during Hyalual biorevitalization, agents containing only hyaluronic acid are injected under the patient’s skin, and a complex of sodium succinate and hyaluronic acid is used for redermalization.

Biorevitalizants moisturize the skin and create conditions for the optimal functioning of fibroblasts, and redermalization agents not only create conditions, but also make the cells work. Succinic acid salt enhances the action of the main glycosaminoglycan of the skin, so the rejuvenating effect of the injection comes faster than with biorevitalization, and the result lasts longer.

What procedures can be combined with?

Laser nanoperforation (treatment of the skin with narrowly focused microbeams of laser radiation). The procedure contributes to the activation of the processes of internal rejuvenation of the dermis and epidermis. In combination with the injection of Hyalual, it gives a more lasting effect.

Glycolic peeling (superficial burn of the skin with glycolic acid). Under the action of glycolic acid, the skin loses moisture, and redermalization products help to compensate for its lack.

Botox injections. The introduction of botulinum toxin causes temporary paralysis of the facial muscles, which in itself already contributes to smoothing wrinkles and smoothing the skin relief, Hyalual enhances and consolidates this effect.

Contraindications and possible side effects

Contraindications for skin redermalization:

  • disruption of the endocrine system;
  • tendency to scarring;
  • oncology;
  • autoimmune diseases;
  • blood diseases;
  • taking antiplatelet agents;
  • allergy;
  • epilepsy;
  • disorders of the nervous system.

After the procedure, the skin turns a little red (this is a normal reaction, redness disappears within a day). Possible complications after the procedure are associated with the wrong way of administering the drug, a large dose, non-compliance with the conditions of sterility and the rules of post-injection care:

  • drooping eyebrows or lower eyelids;
  • inflammation at the injection site;
  • edema;
  • hemorrhages;
  • loss of skin sensitivity;
  • hematoma formation.

Compliance with post-injection recommendations helps to avoid the development of complications: for four days you can not touch the injection area, do massage, take a hot bath, sauna, solarium and use decorative cosmetics.

Estimated prices
